Today, I photographed my son’s first wrestling meet in Covington OH. I was warned to expect pandomonium and that is exactly what I saw. I do have to say that it was rather well coordinated. There were 224 wrestlers and it seemed as though every wrestler had two parents and his own cheering section. During the meet there were eight matches going on at the same time and decibel level was unbearable. By the way, my 5 year old son, the next wrestling prodigy,…
…wrestled at 56 pounds and had two wins (1 pin and 1 on points) and a loss which I would discount on account that he couldn’t hear himself think.
